This Subscription Policy explains how recurring memberships, trials, and subscription products work at Rooted in Faith. By enrolling in any subscription or membership, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Subscription Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed automatically on a recurring basis (monthly, quarterly, or annually depending on the plan selected at checkout).
  • Your payment method will be securely stored and charged at the start of each billing cycle unless canceled beforehand.
  • Subscription pricing and billing frequency are clearly displayed at checkout prior to purchase.

2. 48-Hour Trial Access

  • Some memberships or offers may include a 48-hour trial period.
  • During this trial, you will receive full access to the membership or subscription content.
  • If you do not wish to continue, you must cancel before the 48-hour trial ends to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle.

3. Renewal Reminders

  • Renewal reminder emails are sent 2 days prior to your next billing date.
  • These reminders are sent to the email address provided during checkout.
  • If no cancellation is received, your subscription will automatically renew at the current rate.

4. Canceling Your Subscription

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted before your next billing date to prevent additional charges.
  • Once canceled, you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period unless otherwise stated.

5. Refund Policy for Subscriptions

  • Due to the digital nature of our products, memberships, and downloadable resources, subscription payments are generally non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun.
  • Exceptions may be made for duplicate charges, technical errors, or situations required by law.

6. Failed or Declined Payments

  • If a payment fails, our system may automatically retry the charge.
  • Access to your membership may be paused until a valid payment method is updated.
  • Rooted in Faith reserves the right to cancel subscriptions that remain unpaid.

7. Changes to Pricing or Membership

  • Subscription pricing or membership benefits may change over time.
  • Any price changes will be communicated in advance and will apply to future billing cycles only.

8. Personal Use & Account Access

  • Memberships and subscriptions are intended for personal use only.
  • Sharing, reselling, or distributing access is not permitted.
  • Rooted in Faith may suspend or terminate access if misuse or abuse is detected.
